There maybe a hidden value but 'no' skill/level/attribute/whatever, fatiuge seems to given all physical aspects. But it's more likly to just be a leveled perk that it's.

IMO decapitations should look like the ones in Dead Island, but not work like them (ie. getting one every 5 seconds if you have a blade weapon). And they should work only if you have a very strong blunt weapon or a sword. If they're like that, I'm fine. Even if they're not, I'm fine with it anyways. Other than that, that video was horrible.
