So I just had started the Black mountain quest. I was running with too much weight so I decided to go back to my Suite to get rid of the excessive weight. But now for some reason I can't enter the strip. It "requires a key." Is there anyway to get back in? I left all my valuables in there. And when is the patch coming out for the PS3 in North America??

there are several other ways.. try going through the military compound terminal in disguise, with the monorail.. its pretty simple

Although this will hurt your NCR rep if what others said is true.

you can always get a forged pass to re-enter (think it is 500).
