Once and for all, Werewolves are in it, or not?

OOoohh, I bet since they left it vauge were gonna see different clans.
Warring vamp clans ( thats obvious right? ) but also warring were clans. Like, you turn into a werewolf (COOL!!!!) but now all the werebears want to kill you. :celebrate:

Todd (or Pete one I believe) said that they weren't going to say if they were in.

HE said they wanted players to find out for themselves when they get the game.

Now ask yourself, why would they want players to find out for themselves if they aren't in? That would make no sense to say such a thing.

Logcial conclusion, they are in, and Beth wants people to be surprised when they encounter one/change.

That logic is skewed in your favor. Why would they want players to find out if they're in or not? Maybe to explore the game world that they populated with other cool stuff. Logical conclusion, marketing.

I like how most people are flipping about this game whether or not vampirism/lycanthropy is in

You buy this game to slay dragons and drink mead and bar fight Vikings, vampirism and lycanthropy is just extra stuff, if you REALLY want a game around that, get Vampire Bloodlines: Masquerade

Vampire the Masquerade :Bloodlines

Makes sense. I bet werebears feel left out in the Bloodmoon where Hircine hunts with his werewolves/Hounds. And in his own realm where all werebears and hunters have to step aside to let Hircine get the kill(Infernal City). I said this before, but we've seen similar bickering between Mazken and Aureals under Sheogorath's rule.

It would be cool to play as a werewolf. I tried vamping it up in Oblivion...but did not care for it much.

i would like for werewolves, werebears, the volkihar, and maybe shape shifters to be in skyrim... idk how well shape shifters fit into the lore but i think it would be awsome!!!... or maybe something along the lines of the skinwalker legends.

the way i would want the shape shifter to be handled though would probably be along the lines of how True Blood's shape shifters work where they have to "imprint" a animal to be able to turn into it.... then maybe at more advanced stages you could turn into more advanced creatures like trolls and such.
