Warring vamp clans ( thats obvious right? ) but also warring were clans. Like, you turn into a werewolf (COOL!!!!) but now all the werebears want to kill you. :celebrate:
Todd (or Pete one I believe) said that they weren't going to say if they were in.
HE said they wanted players to find out for themselves when they get the game.
Now ask yourself, why would they want players to find out for themselves if they aren't in? That would make no sense to say such a thing.
Logcial conclusion, they are in, and Beth wants people to be surprised when they encounter one/change.

That logic is skewed in your favor. Why would they want players to find out if they're in or not? Maybe to explore the game world that they populated with other cool stuff. Logical conclusion, marketing.
I like how most people are flipping about this game whether or not vampirism/lycanthropy is in
You buy this game to slay dragons and drink mead and bar fight Vikings, vampirism and lycanthropy is just extra stuff, if you REALLY want a game around that, get Vampire Bloodlines: Masquerade
