I have heard of a kill-cam with one-handed weapons, where the Dragonborn thrusts and parries with an enemy, before killing them with some fancy sword-play. It is demonstrated in the 'Great Battles of Skyrim 2: the Siege of Markarth' performed by the Assassin early in the video. I have never seen it happening, even when playing with just a sword and nothing else.
