What item do you wish was in New Vegas? for me it would have to be Unique Deathclaw hands, who wouldn't want an Alpha male hand? or female? or even a LEGENDARY deathclaw hand?

It is in New Vegas
Doesn't have the stealth functionality though, so it's just a shinier version of the Recon Armor

Yea I usually pick them up when I first reach the dam. I miss the stealth field of the FO3 version.
Having the stealth field with light touch, travel light, silent running, better criticals, finese, tunnel runner would be amazing. OPed, but amazing. I wonder if there's a mod for that.
