Hi all, I knew that Slow time was a great shout but the effect was too short and the cooldown was way longer so you couldn't shout while time was slowed, wouldn't it be great if you could send enemies flying with cyclone and shout them even higher with unrelenting force while they are airborne (all of this with time slowed down)? Now with dragonborn it is possible.

You will need:

-Slow time 3
-Dragon Aspect 3
-Be a vampire with necromage.
-Stability perk (alteration).
-Talos amulet.
-Talos blessing.

In normal conditions Slow Time 3 lasts for 16 seconds and takes 60 seconds to recharge, even though it isn't stated, Dragon Aspect 3 lowers cooldown time/ increases duration/power of some shouts, combined with Talos blessings, stability (affects the duration of some shouts) and necromage (increases by 25% the aforementioned effects) Slow Time 3 lasts for 32 seconds but only takes 15 seconds to recharge giving you 17 seconds of slowed time that you can shout.

Cyclone 1/2 will take 8/11 seconds to recharge so the best thing is to Slow time, put some distance and release cyclone so when it hits the enemies and send them flying it will have almost cooled down so you can shout again, using unrelenting force from bellow I killed a whiterun guard due to fall damage from the ground.

BTW, if timed well, by the time Slow Time stops, unrelenting force will have almost cooled down so you can Slow Time again and the enemies won't even have time to get up.

Another great shout to use is Storm Call, that will hit in slow motion the enemies while they are flying.

Of course this is way too overpowered because the wiki says that Slow time 3 slows time to a 10% so it would mean that if it lasts 32 seconds only 3,2 seconds actually pass in-world for the enemies but you can shout two times (depending on shouts used), pelt them with magic (even master spells)... of course while you wait for the cooldowns you can still attack normally; it's a great fun to discover new combinations like using cyclone and while they are in the air cast mass paralysis.
