One of the biggest things I hope Bethesda doesn't do.

You can write off any part of a storyline with that kind of logic, A had to happen to B because the game needed C - fill in the blanks. The NCR needed to be locked in a stalemate with Caesar's Football team at Hoover Dam because the game needed this drama and tension.

And, yeah, Liberty Prime was there as Hollywood style wow-effect. And you know what? It was [censored] awesome and I loved every bit of it. I loved how "nonsensical and disrespectful" it was to the series (it wasn't). It was this prehistoric behemoth that was built by a government in an age where the Cold-war technically never ended, and culminated into a really, really bad war.

But, please continue to look down on everyone that doesn't agree with your definition of fun (whatever that is - [censored] having fun). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdofmoYcJNE.

P.S. Dornan was a caricature of drill sergeants. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BsQYLkUKy8.

Ignored.

Let's both agree to disagree on LP and get this topic back on track. Some hate LP, some love, no need to fight over each others opinion please.

Sadly, that's what most of the people here always do -w-' I guess these days butting your heads over arguments is a trend...

Why do you even assume that The Institute is the big bad that we are going to fight (unless of course: You want to fight them and they offer us a choice, like Fallout New Vegas did, where we could decide which faction to support!)?

and:

Why would you want to fight The Institute? (I don't think they are evil - maybe a little arrogant with all their tech, but so is the BOS!)

greetings LAX

ps: I wouldn't be upset if they fixed it - after all they were the guys who got the thing to run in the first place (the people who had built the damned thing couldn't get it to work, so the ones who did are at least as smart as the guys who drew up and manufactured the thing))

But even he - the genius himself couldn't get the thing to work (the power requirements were not solved before the great war, otherwise they would have used that robot against the Chinese!), the BOS and a group of post war scientists (the guys from Rivet City!) did that!
