im kinda confused why some of the loots that fall from my enemy have 0 gold value

i know steel bow and iron weapons should have values

i installed vanilla + fcom
then other mods which may involve items are
enhanced economy
trade and commerce

i pretty sure that i didnt change any setting of inis that could affect the value of an item

tho i did change the percentage of autohaggle to min 30% - 90%

can you guys tell my if this is only normal? cause im new to the game..

btw never experience this before.. only thing differently was i deleted my new character
then started a new one with exp of oblivionxp set to high so i get level10+ in a min and set it back to normal again
