One thing i hope will be better in Skyrim than it was in Obl

The A.I. of guards and just NPC's alike.

I hated how guards could see pretty much EVERYTHING in Oblivion. Even silently killing someone resulted in guards coming at me with their annoying faces telling me 'Hold it right there criminal scum' soooooooo frustrating, lol. I really am gonna try to use some stealth in Skyrim in towns and such, i'm gonna try to assassinate folks and i'm just gonna hope these guards won't once again...see everything. Cause that would be ruining alot of the fun for someone who just wants to...well...assassinate folks for the hell of it :D

AI has seemingly improved from OB. I just hope they won't pursue you all over their hold on a 5g bounty.

Well, they did say each city holds a different bounty system. You can go to one city and be a notorious criminal, and the other cities won't even know you.

And in both Oblivion and Morrowind, if you escaped the initial chase over a minor theft (like 5g) then they wouldn't bug you about it unless you came to them. But for small things like stealing food, I hope if you escape, they don't hold it against you. Two months pass and they're still bringing it up a stolen loaf of bread when you talk to a guard?

I know about the Holds, thank the Divines. I can now enjoy being a notorious thief in one area, and a grand warrior in another.

And I was always chased around in OB, even with 5g. I would escape, and a random Legion soldier would appear and chase me on the roads.
I hope it's much better though, perhaps bounties that decrease with time (depending on how long you wait)? Like a 5g bounty could be gone the next day, whereas a 300g bounty would take maybe a week or two (game time). Would add a nice touch to it.

Yeah, psychic guards were annoying, good thing we had http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5977. Sounds like we won't need anything like that in Skyrim though.

They already said guards in another town won't know about your deeds from a previous town, right? It would be even better if let's say...you kill someone, and a guard happens to spot you, you silently take him out as well....that other guards in that same town won't be aware of it. But that ain't gonna happen. just as long as i can still get my assassin on, i'm good. It's fine when a witness manages to escape and snitches to the guards, but if none of this happens, a guard should NOT come to me.

I play on Xbox 360 too, so all these mods won't be possible for us. Therefore i hope Skyrim really gets it right!!! Definitely one of the first things i'm gonna try out when i enter a town.
