One vital thing the NCR lacks:

Super Mutant Rangers.

Just think about it! I'm sure there is one out there somewhere in California, but none in the Mojave as far as I can tell.

PS:Not enough Super Mutants to kill, I don't like killing the friendly mutants in Jacobstown.

If you look on the wiki and find the cut content section, there is an NPC called Ranger Chauncey and is a super mutant.

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Chauncey_%28NCR_Rangers%29

So it looked like it was going to happen at one point. Maybe one day Chauncey will get his dues, one day.

There was a http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Gond in Fallout 2. I'm not sure why there aren't any stationed in the Mojave, especially because he's at the Ranger HQ in the capitol city itself.

I really hope he gets in at some point! Thanks for pointing that out for me!

Interesting topic. I guess the mutants who are too smart to be considered idiots just don't want to be Rangers. They are volunteer after all. The mentally defective ones probably wouldn't be let in.

I guess they just don't make Ranger uniforms of Super Mutant sizes.

From the story Marcus tells the people of NCR changed their opinion, when it comes to Super Mutants. NCR had Super Mutants in their ranks but many people were against them. Broken Hill in Fallout 2 (Not yet apart of NCR) there was
Spoiler
a plot by humans to kill every super mutant and ghoul in the town by having a "meeting" in the mine and blowing it up. There was also super mutants murdering humans.

There was also a Doctor in working on away to kill super mutants with an injection.

Leaders may have been ok with super mutants but the people wear not. Forcing many out of NCR.

I'm more surprised the Legion doesn't have any Super Mutants.

Using Super Mutants to attack places like McCarran would be a good way to attack NCR and shrink Mutie numbers.
