Online for Skyrim?

Do you want online capabilities? Just use your offline profile? Bet gold on matches? Trade with other players?

Online co-op - maybe yes as I would love to screw around with friends. The rest - no.

Only if it's done well.

For example, I like how Red Dead Redemption handled online play. Something along those lines would be pretty good.

Instead of giving the expected no which I have become so weary of giving, I'll simply say that maybe, depending on how they do it. Multiplayer and online capabilities are a mess of their own so I am not quite sure how Beth would tackle it, but if they do implement it, I will certainly be interested how they went about doing it.

No, NO, NO

A THOUSAND TIMES NO

I enjoy Elder Scrolls games for the fact that they are single player.

Nope, as multiplayer would affect modding on the PC version.

I could see a couple of ways that Beth could circumvent the whole modding barrier, the best of which involves separating the main game from the multiplayer feature completely, effectively giving you two games in one, only difference being that the multiplayer one would be unmoddable.

AN online arena would be great. But that, of course, would sacrifice some other stuff I don′t want to loose.

I wouldnt mind an online marketplace (like a lobby) where people could go just to show off their character, talk and maybe play some casual games or perhaps an arena where people could spar. For the most part I want it to remain a single player game.

I'm the only one that would enjoy having a co-op to go exploring/questing/dungeon diving with friends.
Oh well, companion mods fill a small part of the hole..

I say no to any online interaction. I appreciate TES for what it is, a superb single-player experience. Multi-player is not what I want in these games.

possibly with 1 mate for co-op.

team v team no

Trade, I think this maybe the least intrusive into the SP experience and could be implemented quite well into getting rewards (weapons, armour sets etc or new spells.)

Not many of my friends (2 out of 70 odd on PS3) have even played the game so co-op for me would be difficult anyway but I like the idea of dungeon crawling with a buddy if they ramp up the AI/enemies etc etc.

At the end of the day Bethesda will do the game as they see fit and its probably to far gone to implement any online now unless its already been put into the game.

An expansion pack could possibly bring it in but 11 months to go to find out!
