You know, I understand completely if Crytek needed to push the release of Crysis 2, and give us DX9 instead of 10 or 11, so long as it is understood that the support will be forthcoming. I can even understand having a crap load of initial glitches during the first two days of release. What is disheartening is the sheer magnitude of the multiplayer issues.
I've been in about thirty lobbies now, for at least five minutes at a time, and have only played two full games. Then, at the end of the game, as soon as the next map load finishes, I get a crysis2.exe error and a crash. Stats are not updated. For all intents and purposes, I did nothing.
If you do not solve the multiplayer issues, and I mean within the next week, you're going to get a massive backlash from the pc gaming community. It's well known that now, you can't return pc games due to piracy. So, you have our money, and we have a second rate product.
Don't get me wrong, the game looks like it had a lot of potential, and the pc version was obviously put on the back burner (trolls have obviously informed you of this in the last couple hundred posts I've read), and if you can get the multiplayer working correctly you'll probably have a mass following of players on this game for at least a few years, in which time you can release patches and give us the game that we were led to believe we were buying. We'll all be happy.
Now please, FIX IT.
