Is oblivon planning on becoming an MMORPG for consoles specifically PS3?

Nope. Bethesda has been completely done with Oblivion for quite a while, and Bethesda has stated they only make single player games.

lol, Oblivion was made what? 4 Years ago...why would they pick it up again and make it a MMO now?

If you mean the series, Elder Scrolls, yes there is a slight chance that a MMO could be made....but no hard fact and it wouldnt be made by Bethesda.

Oblivion is no longer an active project. It's possible that Bethesda's sister company, Zenimax Online Studios is working on an Elder Scrolls MMORPG but at this point it's nothing more than a guess.
