I have played NV for countless hundreds of hours and i love it, the hardcoe mode is pure wicked but my only complaint is the lack of Mister Gutsies in it . The thing more disappointing for me is that how they changed the awesome strong sgt. drill kinda voice of gutsies to a low pitched sounds, there was nothing more satisfying in Fallout 3 when you take that sharp corner in a dark building and hear "Ready to die for your country you commie s.o.b" or "You looks like a communist, i will show you what i do to the communists" :flamethrower:

Anyway, if there is some mod that introduces more robotic enemies in nv or even better swap the voice of gutsies from fallout 3 in nv, please do let me know xD

I need to get back on the ball, and resurrect my Mr.Handy mod. At the time I started it, I did not know enough about custom animations; I made the mesh and then the hard disk got fried and lost the mesh... I've been meaning to make it again; along with a FO2 correct Sentry bot replacement.

You just made my day, opening fire. Ahem i mean its really appreciated, almost any mod that has something to do with robots in nv is really appreciated.

Almost all of my Fallout 3 runs were with Seargent RL-3, and its the only reason i still play Fallout 3 every now and then

It would all have to be new. They only included base movement and attack sounds for the robots (in New Vegas); none of the dialog (as far as I know).

I also loved the female voices of the F3 Robobrains saying things like : Don't take it personally that I will kill you when I find you , it's just the way I'm built.
Or something to that effect.

I happy with less robots if it means more geckos.

All robots got fairy voiced besides the sentry bot.

Gutsies with their new little squeaky voice does not sound like a hardass like in fo3.

Robo brains were very well done in fo3. The female voice never sounded excited. It was just a job to kill you. They replaced it with a Mr. Rodgers sounding voice....... not sure why.

Yeah, I think the Sentry Bots are the only ones that have a better voice than in Fallout 3 :/ Don't see why they changed it; they were spending time on that which could have been spent fixing bugs or adding content

i didn't have any problems with New Vegas until i read this thread. now it is my only complaint
