Unfortunately, I do not have a gaming PC right now. Once I finish paying off my guitar, I will start saving and build one for Syrim, and also Morrowind.

I'll let some of the experts help you with mods. But I'm running MW on a damn near 10 year old PC and have it modded heavily and it looks gorgeous. I didn't mess with game mechanics so I dunno.
