Only male faces have missing green marks on them

I had already created my first Character in Fallout 3 and I started to notice something odd as I went through the Vault scene. Males that were advlts started to have these strange green marks across their faces that kind of look like checkered boards. Now I can still see the the skin where the green pixles are not so I assume that it isn't the mesh for the face's skin. This is only for males and my main character is a male. However I noticed that once this problem started their were particular charters who were not effected by this, thus your dad, the Overseer, and every so often on of the secuirty officers, but officer Gomess's face is messed up along with mine, and Jame's friend who was killed.

I've already tried to download new meshes for the face and nothing has changed so far. I even went as far as to take the orignal meshes out from their package in order to get a more direct route, but people's faces still have it.

Archive Invalidation?

You need that when using Textures. If your using the Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) it can do this for you. It should be toggled after each Texture change you make to the game. OK, not each individual texture, but each texture mod change.

Finally, if your using more than one NPC replacer, then you need a Merged or BAshed patch to get all these elements to work together.
