so if Auriels Bow is found its much probably that Nerevarine its already dead right? i mean we can find that in Morrowind doesnt mean he found it but i suppose yes or he is dead or he lost it in his travels.

Artifacts tend to have a mind of their own, and leave the previous possixr's hands and go into hiding for the next hero to find.

Or maybe he didn't want to kill an innocent Armiger. I think Keening is the weapon that you're thinking about.

Artifacts do travel around between both places and travelers. Maybe he just got captured for a period of time (it is Akavir after all), Auriels bow got passed to a common soldier, the bow didn't like that, and it appeared in the Chancelry.

For that matter, why would it go to into the hands of a maniac of a snow elf who is hell bent on destroying its maker? I doubt Vurthyr (sp?) used it ever.

I like to think certain places, like the Nefarivigum and the Inner Sanctum of Auri-El's temple are enchanted so that they attract certain artifacts. Eg. Auriel's Bow can appear to anyone, anywhere at any time, but it's more likely to show up in the Inner Sanctum.

Labyrinthian could be another such place: the Staff of Magnus can appear to anyone, anywhere, but Labyrinthian is its home, which is why the College of Winterhold was convinced that the Staff was going to be there.

You contract corpus, so someone or something would have to murder him/her for nerevar's stuff.
