Hello, all!

Just yesterday, I received a beta key from mmorpg.com to play the ESO beta this weekend from Friday 12:00 pm EST to Sunday 12:00 pm EST. Upon completing all agreements, signing up, verifying my email and account info, I finally made it to the install game client for pc page. I downloaded everything, set the game to place the file "Launcher" folder in my D drive, and attempted to initialize the download. It placed the icon on my desktop, as well as the setup info in my harddrive. However, whenever I try to click the desktop icon, i receieve the above error message: "Only a single instance of this application can run."

I've tried running as an admin, restarting my computer, cancelling the program via windows task manager, a fresh install, allowing it in my firewall/virus protections permissions as well as scouring the internet for other fixes. I have seen this issue on other forums, but with no fixes and no sight of it on this forum. Has anyone found a fix for this? Your help would be greatly appreciated, as the beta launches in less than 24 hours. Thanks!!!
