Many Voice Actors (The, "Hey, I know that voice! That guy right next to you has it too!" sensation was a horrid one.)
It'd be nice to get some recognizable guys amongst them, but I'd rather have NPCs with varied voices and none recognizable than NPCs with identical voices and one or two with recognizable ones. Some compromise between the two would be nice.

Nice distinction. A good voice actor can do several voices and have differences between them. That way we wouldn't have to talk with the same 8 people a thousand times a day.

Strategic spell effects.
Stratgic melee combat.
Oblivion was retardedly easy to become invincible in.... still takes 8 hours to kill something at level 50 on the hardest difficulty though.
