That is a rather ignorant response don't you think?
I am mainly a console gamer too. Though with Skyrim, i am considering to make an exception, asuming it wont require Steam and i can accept the DRM. But i am not even sure i'll use mods anyway. That is not why i am interested in TES. And if i do, it will be smaller ones to fix things that annoys me. So yes i too would very much like Bethesda to make the best damn game possible and not pretend that anyone will just use mods. They can't afford that now. You might not like it, but the console crowd is part of their customers now.
You made your choice for gaming platform, I have made mine. Yours is easier to use and unless your a really into Bethesdas games I can see not wanting the pc version over the console version. OB had better graphics on XBOX unless you had a good rig and adding mods can be a pain and take time. If you play alot of games, you will get plenty of game time out of Skyrim or any Beth game, so why no need for mods. I on the other hand, am still gaming because of Bethesda, my upgrades and buying habits are all based around there games. Because I don't play alot of other games, I want to get the most out of my fav games(Beths). And I would love for console users to have mods and even better be able to make them(then there would be even more mods to choose from and an even better game for me).
I don't me to demean any console user, I am only asking if people think along the lines I do and I referred my question to pc users as I don't want to offend console users.
