OOO and broken leveling?

hello,

after having installed these mods and since then i cannot level up, it says to meditate on what i have learned but does not show the little moon and up arrow on my HUD and when i sleep the attribute screen doesnt show up.

edit: i just put OOO in the title because i thought it was the only thing that remotly changed the leveling since i dont use nGCD

Quick guess, but... Are there special instructions for uninstalling nGCD in its readme? Perhaps it wasn't uninstalled completely or completely correctly?

Post your current actual load order via Wrye Bash instead. It's confusing when the provided list isn't what you actually are running.

OOO doesn't affect the leveling mechanics besides slowing it down, so that can't be it. In fact, with the exception of nGCD I can't see anything in the load order that affects it, although I'm not familiar with all the mods. I'd double check the nGCD uninstall as gothemasticator said.

EDIT: My guess is that you still have nGCD's levelup_menu.xml (in Data\menus) left from the nGCD install. Remove that if so. Another option perhaps, from the nGCD readme:

Before removal, you should activate clean mode in nGCD.ini or at the console:

set nGCD.CLEAN to 1

Run the game with this option active for at least ten seconds, then save. You
should then be able to deactivate nGCD without instability.

before I posted this I looked in the readme and all t said about uninstalling was that I had to run a command line in the console then wait ten seconds and voilĂ  I could reload without crashing. I'll have an other look and see what happens...

Yes, but you can't just do that and deactivate the esp. nGCD's levelup_menu.xml removes the level up window so you need to remove it as well.

i still had the install files so i deleted all the files that nGCD needed for installation in the Data directory in OB and now it works fine
