OOO Water_Weeds & WaterFish

Hey folks,

Quick question here: Are these 2 plugins the same??

I would have thought that given their names, no they are not! But over on TESIV:POSItive the extra scripting they give you to OMOD the OOO v1.34b5 patch, describes WaterFish.esp as:

"Do you want to install OOO's water weeds option? (Warning: It can have a significant affect on FPS. Do not install this if using a weak CPU.)"


I know enough to be dangerous when it comes to understanding and editing scripts. As such, all I want to do is just throw in a proper and correct description for these 2 plugins and have one or the other or both if needed in the script. Obviously I have the info for Water_Weeds, so really I just want the correct info for WaterFish. I've google'd a bunch of pages but nothing is coming up with the info I'm after and I just want to get on with it!!

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Don't worry - its all good!!

After some more to'ing and fro'ing I finally found what I was after. It was actually in the OOO thread here on the gamesas Forums - doh! - which I didn't actually end up getting to before I posted!! I actually got to it via Arwens' http://amito.freehostia.com/Oblivion/OB-mods-Part1.htm#rebalancing!!

Anyhow, all settled and moving right along now.

OOO-WaterFish:
Moved fish spawn into a separate plugin called OOO-WaterFish.esp. This change was made to avoid a random vanishing landscape bug and to reduce the number of cell changes made by OOO.esp. This change essentially finishes what we started back in the 1.32 hotfixes, where we disabled the OOOFishSpawn by default due to AI overload problems associated with the fish. The OOOFishSpawn console command is no longer necessary now since the fish spawn placements will only exist in-game if you use OOO-WaterFish.esp. If you do choose to use OOO-WaterFish.esp then you can still take advantage of the OOOFishSpawn console command to temporarily disable the fish whenever you want.

They are separate plugins, and they are not included in the same archive. Why would you add a description for both plugins to that script when the other one is included in the OOO 1.33 archive, already scripted?
