I understand to open the borders, we have to change, or type in: bBordersRegionsEnabled=0 (from 1) in the [General] section. My problem is, it worked a few years ago, and for some reason, I can't

explore beyond the borders now. What can I do to correct this?

I use a disc, but still have to sign in on Steam, and usually use Nexus Mod Manager (if that matters).......like I said though, the borders were open, and now aren't.......I am truly baffled here.......help!
