Complaining and raging at the devs does nothing, absolutely nothing. Only child logic fits your claim.
1: You are entitled to nothing, that's how the world works. You got what you paid for and they owe you nothing else.
2: They do NOT have to fix it, they will NOT give you your money back.
3: "Vast majority", No. The vast majority of people are busy playing the game.
4: They are fixing it, they do NOT have to, but they ARE, be grateful.
5: Time constrains and economics called for an early release, see 4.
This is a powerful truth of life and can be applied to everything: The world owes nobody a living.
If you see a problem with something ignore it or fix it by yourself, stop expecting others to do everything. See 4.
How odd.
I know you've posted this in reply to another guy, but I really feel like tossing in my two cents.
1. Well, one is entitled (by law) not to be the victim of fraud.
2. Actually, they do have to fix it. Why? Because their product is massively faulty. It does not do what it is supposed to do, i.e. being an actual playable game and not a showcase of how utterly [censored] up a game can be.
3. Well, the vast majority of the guys posting on this forum is probably pissed at Bethesda and Obsidian. Why? They have bought a game that does not work, and they paid good money for it.
4. Let's put it this way: Imagine buying a car. When you drive the car out of the dealer's lot you find out that the car does not have any brakes. Do you return the car and tell the manufacturer/dealer to fix the bloody thing? Of course. Are you grateful that they do? Of course not, they
have to fix it if as it is illegal to sell cars without brakes in them. Also, one shouldn't be grateful for companies fixing products
that should have worked to begin with.
5. Yes, we all know this. Obsidian was pushed to release the game way too soon. Is this an excuse? Of course not. It actually makes the whole thing worse as it is an indication that Bethesda and Obsidian
knew the game wouldn't function properly and yet chose to sell it as a functioning game.
To your last comment: Fix it ourselves? It is not possible for me (or anyone else) to fix a xbox360 game. The manufacturers have to do that by creating downloadable patches. The rest of your quasi-philosophical nonsense is not relevant to this at all.
