There is big building in the north of Ald'Ruhn. Inside you find bridges and doors; you enter in 1 of 3 doors that are together. Woman in dress will help you to join Redoran House and you can begin.

As you progress through house Redoran you'll find yourself accessing other doors in that big building.

As You can only be member of ONE Great Hous You can't join House Redoran anymore …
