I've searched by engines for answers on why the game crashes in the beginning of FO3 when you are just being born. sometimes itll get to the blood splatter part with the baby noises, other times it wont even let me get that far. only once have i gotten to the gender selection

For me I noticed setting the INI tweaks for the cell buffers and the pre load size limit high was the problem, trying going back to default
