Wow. I've actually beat the game........ twice....... i had quite a bit of fun. However, considering that Fallout is an RPG, I can see y u guys hate it.... Its still fun though..... if u like action games. Personally, I dont give a [censored]. I just luv Fallout. Im sort of uneducated entirely of the Fallout Origins. So most of this documents arguments don't affect me.... I'd like some info or a link to info about its Origins .

EEEEEEEEEEEE, that's just part of it. From the few videos I watched, the gameplay looks average at best., nothing to celebrate. But I heard about lore in it and it sounded really bad, so bad that Bethesda actually had to say nope we don't want this. It also makes no sense.

They try.

Doesn't look like (to me) that they are going to last much longer though.

Uh, this thread is about a game called Fallout:BoS, not the different factions of the BoS in canon games.

As far as the Burned Game goes, I never bought it. I watched some gameplay videos and read some reviews and it looked absolutely horrible. :mohawk:

The Burned Game throws canon out of the window, having stuff like Vault-Tec Power Armor (Vault-Tec is a construction company and only West Tek has Power Armor), the Vault Dweller as an old man, and and a twenty something year old woman who (in the trailer) clamied to be 192 years old.

Yes, they are currently developing Fallout: Online, an MMORPG, but due to legal issues between Bethesda and Interplay we are not allowed to discuss it any further. (Go to No Mutants Allowed and discuss it instead.)

They are sill kicking but they are not the same Interplay that created Fallout or the one that back Black Isle making Fallout 2. No, the Interplay that is around now is lead by Hervé Caen. Under him, he cancelled Van Buren aka Fallout 3 and decided Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel was the future of Fallout. The game ignored canon competely, and Fallout fans overwhelmingly hated the game. The Devs later said the game was never meant to be canon. Funny how they picked it over Fallout 3

The game isn't considered canon by Interplay or Bethesda. It is the Burned Game for a reason, it's also known as Fallout Piece of (word that starts with S thats another word for crap).

It killed Fallout. IMO Interplay can rot in hell.

Now that Tim Cain has joined Obsidian, an Obsidian Bethesda co-operation would be the best thing ever :fallout: . Well best thing ever would be for Obsidian to have Fallout but we all know the chance of that heppening :sadvaultboy:

Personally I think a Bethesda-Obsidian co-op would be much better than just Obsidian getting it or just Bethesda having the series.

Bethesda is nearly un-matched in world creation, all they need is perhaps a little direction on making things make a "bit more sense" (more logical towns etc).

And of course Obsidian are excellent writers, so they have that covered.

FOBOS is a fun game - apparently - but it's Fallout in title only. People hate it because of an arbitrary principle, I would say only 1 in 100 actually played it.

It was a horrid mess even when playing in co-op - and even while it tried to copy the Dark Alliance games, which were at least moderately entertaining harmless fun with a friend. Quite earning of the PoS title.
