Didn't know they looked so sweet in Skyrim, but I guess everything does. I was hovering over the pathetic halfling option but now I might make a Bosmer... not my main, but maybe on a second.. or third playthrough :).

My main character will be a bosmer, they look better than the other non human races imo. Can't wait to see more option in character creation though should be sweet.

They're awesome, but I have no interest in playing one. Doesn't suit my style.

Their lore is sick though, especially their reaction to invasions of their territory :P Badasses.

Main will be a Bosmer.

Their comedic representation in past TES titles aside, they're perfect for the sneaky archer build.

They seem like they might be taken serious this time around.

I will make a warrior bosmer on my second playthrough, half because I like to go against the norm & half because I wish to smite the user on here who hated the idea

I don't really care for them.

I don't hate on them but they are not my favorite either.

My first characters in Oblivion and Morrowind were Wood Elf Rogues.

I'd like them more if they were more like their lore description. As it stands, Bosmer npc's tend to be really goofy characters. Can't take 'em seriously.

Improved? That's a good opinion of them to have after Oblivion.
Not really my cup of tea, but if I ever desperately want to play as an archer, I will know where to go.

My play-style kinda means I'm almost always a Bosmer.

I have always killed and "eaten" the annoying Bosmers in the world, just so that I wouldn't be embarrassed by them.

Ever since Morrowind, they were the annoying, joke-race (Fargoth! :flame: ), so it's good to see they at least look more serious now. Let's just hope they have less annoying voices/dialogue.

I don't understand why they are cannibals... I can't get passed that...

Read about the green pact and you will understand. I will be making a bosmer assassin for my first character. I won't play entirely through before making a completely different character though. I like to switch back and forth between "classes".

Can't say I'm a fan of any kinds of elves but at least they will look better than the ones in Dragon age 2...

As character players I love the Archer/Ranger aspect of their skills.

Their Lore however, is really difficult to get a good grasp on. Once you learn all their lore, trying to play a character with that background is very difficult in the actual game. What makes things even worse is the Bosmer's in MW and OB (especially here) were such wimps (except the lucky one in MW:TB). With their size (for the males) and voices and such they just made you want to kick them in the mouth. It is just really hard to connect their lore to the NPC's in game.

I hope Skyrim does a better job with connecting them to the deep and brutal lore they have.

I have no doubt that at least one of my characters will be a female dragon slaying Bosmer in a fur bikini. Just saying.

"They're Whatever" - might be the most epic and disinterested poll entry I've ever seen (in addition to the one I've chosen).

What with Fargoth and http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Maglir (the NPC I hated most in Oblivion, hands down) Bosmer have recieved a reputation of being stupid little annoying midgets with no real strength or personality, but I think this is quite unfair.

I like to think of Bosmer as strange, primitive savages, bound by unknown laws of nature (not to mention their cannabalistic orgies). Just read up on http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:A_Dance_in_Fire to see what they're capable of.

I won't be playing one; rather, I'll be avoiding them with my Imperial.
