that bunker is the Brotherhood Of Steel's bunker afaik.

(btw, I have nothing against California or Californians, before anyone gets in a huff. What goes on in Fallout stays in Fallout)

I wonder what happened to Vault CIty and San Francisco. NCR should at least be trading with them, that would give them access to some very advanced technology. However, the Shi were spending a lot of resources on military research so they might have expansion plans of their own.

Honestly, while I support the NCR's ideals... what kind of idiot government picks a fight with the Brotherhood of Steel? The NCR might have the land and numbers, but they're not exactly the Enclave yet...

Wasn't it, at least according to the original lore, the BOS who started the fight because they wanted to get their hands on the technology the NCR possesses, not wanting it to remain in the hands of "savages"?

Back in Fallout 2, they were just awesome. Now... they're getting a bit unorganized. Which is why I'm stepping in to fix everything. I'll never let the NCR fail. Ever.

Hmm... well, that certainly says more about the BoS than the NCR.
