Opinions on Ulfric and Tullius

So, I simply want to know your opinion on the leader of each side. Nothing more, nothing less. If this derails to a discussion about which side in the Civil War is better, I'll have it closed. Discussing back and forth about the individuals is okay.

Ulfric: Charismatic, idealistic, shortsighted.
Tullius: Professional, efficient and... ordinary, perhaps?

I don't really see a leader who prefers war over diplomacy as a good thing whereas war and tactics is Tulius' trade meaning he doesn't have to use diplomacy because he isn't a politician whereas Ulfric is. But anyway Ulfric is too over zealous, he is short-sighted, his money management skills need serious improvement and his idealism might not end up how he wants things to turn out whereas Tulius doesn't really care, all he wants is to settle the matter and restore peace and order as best as he can, sure Tulius has hit faults and flaws but he is still a good man and a way better leader then Ulfric could ever be...Elisif on the other hand needs to be taught how to be a good leader.

This sums it up...Just take out ordinary and put in under orders and would rather be anywhere else.
