Opponent Fatigue Bar?

Post » Mon Jul 11, 2011 3:46 pm

Is there a mod to add an opponent fatigue bar that doesn't use the MWSE or MGE? I can't get either at the moment and I know a lot of mods require them. I like specializing in hand-to-hand, but it's really frustrating when you don't know how close your opponent is to passing out. I don't care how rough it is, if it works, I'll get it.

The bar itself is displayed through an MGE shader so the short answer is no. Even if the shaders were left out (if the fatigue information was displayed in message boxes, for example), there would still be the problem of retrieving the ID of the player's current target which isn't possible to do without MWSE. Sorry, but it cannot be done. :(

What a coincidence, it was actually your mod I tried to use first. I guess I'll just have to try to make MWSE work on my stupid computer. Thanks anyway.

Well you need MGE. MWSE is already included in MGE, and should run without issues as long as MGE functions correctly. Standalone MWSE is not required, in fact it might even cause the mod not to work at all.

Another note, MGE XE has the MGE pipe disabled so it currently won't work with the fatigue indicator.

Good luck! :)
