Why there is no option to select region servers to play which is available on pc.. Most of the time I play on servers on which my net signal strength is very weak (that's bad).. Very few times I get good signal strength on servers.. I have 12 mbps broadband connection...

PC has dedicated servers Consoles have P2P not dedicated servers
so you cannot choose a server on console

the matchmaking itself is bad with alot of migrations and random kicks from game
