An option/setting I'd love to have (but know I won't)

I really wish there was someway to remove the ability for some NPC's to be immortal because they're based on some quest line. I get why it works that way, but after the first play of the main quest or such it would be nice to have the option.

In my first character, I wanted to take revenge on the Dark Brotherhood for an assassination attempt. So I joined them with the though I would slay them all. Nope, they don't even get mad at me for trying to behead.

Or when I take out an Imperial remnant camp - the Legate can't die? Makes for one annoyed Legate and reason to get out of the camp quickly....

This is really weird, considering NPC dialogue encourages you to go destroy Legion camps.

Yeah, which is one the reasons I raided. I thought I might get a bounty, not some insane zombie warrior chasing me through the woods...
