Hello

After bringing forgemasters fingers to Mauhulakh the orc cheif tells me that I am now a blood brother, then immediatly I get "5 bounty added to tribal orcs" and then everyone starts to attack me. Is it something I did earlier in the game, or is this a glitch?

yes its something you did earlier when they make you blood kin you start having a bounty at every orc stronghold

Were you trespassing in the longhouse, as the bounty for trespassing is 5 septims?

Did you assault another Orc Stronghold by any chance?

I suspect his could be the culprit. Try reloading and waiting till day time when he's awake and about. Don't enter the Longhouse if it's locked. Otherwise it counts as trespassing.
