I see. I think you will find favor in the axes. They are quite fitting for an Orc warrior.

That's a good strategy. In fact You will still be able to reach the armor cap without anything in HA. I haven't invested in any armor perks in 18 months.
I favored the axes until I tempered an Ebony mace and just had to use it because it is awesome. I carry both with me. Each has a different enchantment so each comes in handy.
The ebony weapons, and armor as well, have always been a favorite of mine through the TES series.
But... what it's all said and done, 99% of my warriors are all 2H with the Greatsword.
Here is me messing around looking at perks. Since the main trees for HA and LA are really unnecessary, I was thinking how simple it'd be to use both at different times, or a combination of both? If not I can always just drop light in favor of heavy....

Here's the thing. By investing in Smithing you won't need to spend those perks in either. At most you may need one or two Juggernaut. ( at early levels ) But if you only invest in Health, then they become less needed.
Stamina doesn't influence a character enough in skyrim to spend a level on it anyway and your guy isn't going to be using magic.
EDIT : Oh! and you definitely want Block Runner and Quick Reflexes.
Isn't it very important for power attacks and blocking?
Not really. You can do a power attack or shield bash once every 4 seconds. When you can stunlock an enemy with SB the game becomes stupid easy.
Besides, carrying a couple of soups or stews will allow you to spam either of them continuously for 12 minutes. That is IF you actually need it.
EDIT :
After 4K hrs and across 38 characters I have yet to invest a single level in stamina.

lol explains everything
Quick Reflexes is probably the single most important perk in the entire tree.
The next most important, and the most hilarious, would be shield charge.
Can you bandi-cam your experience in Skyrim for us? I want to see a video of your playstyle / gear.
If I can't get the shot of in the 4 or 5 seconds it takes me to zoom in then something else is wrong.
EDIT :
Actually stamina usage is 10/s so with a full bar that's 10 seconds of zoom time.
Out of curiosity, why not invest in health? If you mainly play warriors, wouldn't that be a lot more useful than magicka? Or do you just like the challenge?
Keep in mind the left side of that armor tree does have one really nice perk(the weightless one which will also allow you to move incredibly fast in your heavy armor), though the tower of strength and unarmed perks that you need to get there are pretty much crap.
I dual wielded maces on my one orc which I thought was pretty cool. Just ran around in light armor clubbing people to death
Leveling health every time for a warrior type is the best way to max them out in my opinion. You only need 1 stamina to power attack or bash, so you can either wait the tiny bit for some regen or just enchant your weapon with absorb stamina 1 point to power attack endlessly
