Orc Stronghold bug (Mor Khazgur)

Okay, so a while back I felt like playing as an orc for the first time. So far it's been one of the best playthroughs I've had, but something is screwed up with the orc Stronghold Mor Khazgur.

When I approach it there's no guard to stop/greet me so I just wandered inside, assuming that's how it works when you're an orc yourself. When I tried to talk to the inhabitants though, they dismissed me as an outlander and told me to leave because the strongholds are only for orcs.

I'm gonna try to do a favor for an orc outside the strongholds who will put in a good word for me, as is necessary when you're not an orc. I was really looking forward to how they would respond to me but the game bugged out... If this has happened to anyone else, could you share any solution you might have?

Just want to add that every time I've played Skyrim on my PC, the game gets more buggy the longer I play. Just strange and annoying bugs like carts teleporting to me and enemy spells that insta-kills for no reason.

As an Orc they will let you in without needing to complete a quest. But they still refer to you as Outlander due to the fact your not living in a stronghold. If you go into the loghouse they may ask you to leave. But challenge the chief to a fist fight, they respect that.

But yeah, as an Orc, there is no quest to give you access. You should be able to open the gate, walk in.

I was able to enter Drushnik Yal and interact with everyone there. The problem with Mor Khazgur was that they wouldn't talk to me at all there. They just told me to leave.

I'm gonna go back there now and see if they will have changed their minds about my validity as an orc.
