I think the orcs in oblivion looked great, just like what i imagine when i think of an orc. the ones in skyrim just look like dark elves with tusks. anyone else think the same thing? idk why they changed orcs, they looked good before.

I felt the Orcs in Oblivion were green Warcraft cartoons.

In Skyrim I feel they are much more realistic and savage looking.

Orcs are actually a descendents of elves... so I was told-- but dont hold me to it.

They looked terrible, infact all the races in Oblivion looked terrible! They looked like hidious monstroceties!

I have to disagree about them looking worse than Oblivion's modeling. Even though I don't create Orchish characters, I still find them appealing and a viable race in both practicality sense and for visuals. They look cleaned up and much more hardier (if that makes any sense :biggrin: ) than their previous incarnations.

You have to remember, just like in LoTR's lore, Orcs in the ES series are corrupted forms of elves... so they'll share some of the same characteristics as their fellow Mer.
