Order of doing the major quests in Skyrim.

Despite Skyrim being a largely open-ended game obviously, I'm wondering if there is a general trend of completing certain quests before others in order to have the story progress in a more believable or interesting fashion. In what order do you complete the following major questlines: MQ, Civil War, Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLCs, the Guild Factions and the major City/Deadric quests.

Also (since Ive not played either of the 2 expansions as of yet) what level does your character usually reach before doing the DLC content?

Only one of my characters has done the DLC, he's level 102 now

I normally like to complete what is the vanilla game first, before I move on to the DLC.

It also depends on roleplaying. I may do some Daedric quests and not others.

I tend to do the Main Quest when I'm finished, then move on to the DLC.

Oh, and here. http://images.uesp.net/c/c4/Fishystick.jpg

Just do them in whatever order you see fit.

Remember, though: in this game, good pays quick, evil pays big.

One must first ask themselves whether an order is necessary, and if there WAS a trend, why would you follow it?
