I think the order of the Parent Masters is important in the CK, no?

How can I change the order so all the esp, and unofficial patches, load in the correct order?

The CK loads plugins in order of their file timestamp (this is why any plugins you just edited or saved always load last). You can change the timestamps to match your load order using LOOT, or you can download a 3rd party file timestamp editor tool (there are a number of free ones)

You can also change the timestamp using Wrye Bash. The date field listed on the right for a file is editable.

Could someone please put a link for one of these. I'm not finding them on the Nexus.

I've got Nexus Mod Manager, and I'm surprised it can't do this.
