So if you pre-order your game from France, what sort of language would the game use?

I mean, I'm situated in the UK and as far as I know Europe and the UK use the PAL region so it'd work on my xBox one, which will be bought soon.

But would the game have French voicing and subtitles or would it have English ones?

It's a big concern because I'm deciding if I want to preorder or not, but I'd want the game to be in English
