I have been attempting to order the digital extended edition today and have been refused with three good cards ( not the paypal keep my info problem on the help page)
I think the problem might be that I am in your beta system with my middle name and that is not the way my name is on my credit cards and there is no option on your credit card entry page for entering my name the way it is on my cards this is the way most sites get around this problem

Any suggestions on what to do ? I guess I could order not linked to my beta but other than that any thoughts?

Can you not buy it using paypal instead?

I have never used paypal I thought it was a thing for folks on eBay not sure I want to start providing details to another company just for this

The best fix would be for gamesas to have a entry blank for " your name as it is printed on the card" as most online merchants do.

I would rather buy not linked to my beta account than support an eBay company due to some rules there over what you can sell with them

Can you not change your name on your account? I'm pretty sure all contact information can be updated.

well i did that and called the CC companies after it did not work so it is not failing a first name check

the CC company said no attempts to charge hand been made and of course nothing amiss withe the account

I left a ticket with ESO store web help but no reply

They are going to be flooded tonight and tomorrow with pre-orders.
