Does anyone know whether Ordinators have individual faces or they all have the same? I mean, not the named ones, but those who are just named "Ordinator".

Same question goes for all Morrowind guards I guess. I'm not asking for any specific reason, just out of curiosity.

They don't. Guards are all copies of the same NPC, so they all have the same face. In the ordinators case, there are two main "ordinator" NPCs--one which has the AI package to wander around and one which stands still. Both use the same head.

Except for a few rare occasions, they are all copies of the same face.
But there are some mods that add more diversity to the Guards and Ordinators, including adding females.

I'll look for such a mod then.

Not that it matters a lot when you don't see their faces, but still.
