I got Origin of the Mages guild but whenever I launch Oblivion the game crashes, are there any known conflicts that cause this or is there an updated version?

Version 6 requires the ESM found in the download linked to by Thorbin. Download the Master File on that page, along with packs 1-6, that's all OMG will require.
