Are there any mods that restore the original animations? I ask because I installed a animation replacer not to long ago, and when I uninstalled it, it got kinda screwy, lost sounds, mixed animations, both original and new, quest log not updating, ext. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you stiil have the download, use OBMM to turn it into an OMOD, activate and deactivate the OMOD. Animations are KF files found in Oblivion\Data\meshes\Characters\_male. You could manually delete the KF files and let your game pull the information from the Vanilla BSA. I do not know if this will fix missing sounds.
