I delete comments is when profanity/inappropriate language is used.
As far as approving comments, I approve them as soon as I see them.
No profanity or inappropriate comments were used. I posted a comment taken verbatim from one of my posts in this thread. And I'll take back my comments on posts not going to the blog. Mine comment has shown up now.
Don't get me wrong Gstaff, I appreciate your position in all of this. It's just incredibly frustrating. This copy of fallout cost me $79 CAD and a few odd pennies... for a product not working as advertised. If it was an issue with the PC port I'd be more likely to understand due to the Securom protection used, and the almost endless possible hardware conflicts that could cause the issue. However with a console this issue lies purely in the QA teams hands. They either didn't thoroughly test the different versions of the discs shipped (contrary to their reports) or weren't informed of or provided with all the versions that were shipped to Canada. Either way this is detrimentally affecting your teams reputation in Canada (and possibly other parts of the world).
As they say, time is money. I wonder if any sort of apology or restitution will be offered to those of us affected...
