What, what? Am I missing something? I've been using Arce Lango, Arce Quinga and Arce Macil for the majority of my game - I havent noticed anything special about them... Other than that they are really nice
What is this Aetherial Magicka Flow thing you are mentioning? Yes - as you can see from the weapon names I am still on 1.33.
It's turned on at night, tuned off at dawn. Gives a nice boost to the Magicka regeneration, based on Willpower IIRC.
EDIT: Why don't you update to 1.34 Beta 5? Can't see any reason not to, frankly. It's the most stable OOO release and also has lots of nice fixes etc.
For example: "Updated meshes and textures for Ayleid Meteoric Iron Weapons and boosted restore magicka effect to make them more helpful."
Oh for that bow question someone was asking - I think Arce Quinga is a really nice bow due to it's enchantment.... espescially for killing daedric foes. I have the winged bow, but have never used it - I think it is unenchanted so that provides for a good enchantment possibility. Don't remember the base damage but since Arkngt suggested it it's probably strong. Btw Arkngt - I thought
I was lazy - you think charging swords is a chore? Damn man
With Azuras Star and soul-trapping your own conjured beings it's really not that much bother
Yes, I would have recommended some Meteoric bows, but realized that I'm not sure on which is where and what they do as I seldom use bows. The Winged Bow just looks awesome IMO - it's my favorite item from the Pegasus set. It also has the highest base damage of all bows IIRC, better than Daedric.
Heh. Once upon a time my chars hunted multipliers by killing mud crabs by hand, planning training sessions on each level to boost particular multipliers - and they were also focused on making the strongest possible swords with enchanting, often carrying different ones for different enemies (i.e. Shock for Dremora, Daedra, Spectrals, Fire for Undead etc.) and used Azura's Star etc. continuously.
After 10000 hours (just kidding, but after playing a long time), I suddenly realized that it was No Fun to micromanage multiplers. And more than that - it was unnecessary. If anything, my issue with the game is that chars tend to become more or less god-like after say Level 15 or something, so why would I want to speed this process by perfecting my chars? Since then I've never bothered at all with player leveling - I simply do what I think is fun and let them level as they will (either with the vanilla system or with nGCD).
The same for swords. My chars always have an enchanted sword with Shock Damage and a short duration Soul Trap and they use it once in a while, but overall I can't be bothered with maintaining enchanted swords because, as above, 1. it's slightly boring and 2. they aren't necessary - an unenchanted sword will do the job as well, perhaps it takes a hit more or so - but hitting stuff is fun so that's almost a plus.
