I'm curious as to what Dr. Hildern and the OSI would do with the data from Vault 22. Keely wants to destroy it to ensure that no one can replicate what happened there. Do you think Dr. Hildern would lose control of the experiments? Or do you think that OSI could keep it under control and use it to benefit humanity. (humanity, as in, NCR citizens only.)

I'm convinced with Hildern being so obsessed with big picture results versus every little flaw, Vault 22's fatal disaster would be replicated.

Being in networking, I thought you were talking about the OSI model.
