Can someone explain why having Oblivion stutter remover will add a double layer on certain surfaces? Druid tree home on tes nexus is the first mod that comes to my mind where you are going to find this issue.

Odd. I've never found this. And there is absolutely nothing in OSR I can see that would do it (it's 'simply' an OBSE .dll, really). Especially since it is only happening with a specific mod or mods, I'd suggest it will have to be an issue with either those mods, your load order or maybe graphic replacers install order (though I'm not sure that the last can apply at all.)
