I really want to be able to summon dremora's and golden saints.

Anybody know if this is possible ?

Not possible for now.

Familiar(scamp), clannfear, winged twilight and atronach are what you are able to summon.

Thats a really sparse selection.

and they're not that good. I tried them and was totally underwhelmed.

I tried them out on my lvl 19 Sorcerer and was similarly underwhelmed. It was so unimpressive I don't plan on ever using the Summoning skill line again.

Yeah but with dremoras and golden saints people would do it just for "wow" effect

I wish the summons we did have didn't look all bleached out. A greater variety of models would be nice too even if it was just cosmetic. They could have a vendor at the mages guild sell you items that swap out the model for something else.

As far as usefulness, the clanfear seemed to be semi-useful out leveling just as an off-tank. I just wish that you could control what they attacked or at the very least get them to stop attacking. Even after de-summoning and re-summoning they'd just run back and pull mobs I had just run away from at a dark anchor.
