Xbox has Halo, PS3 has Killzone, isn't Crysis the halo of PCs? It hurts me to look at these graphics and then to look at crysis 1.... sadness....just sayin...ranting. whatever

still your heart good chap. Everyone who sees their favorite exclusive game being made multiplatform feels the same way. Also....there is nothing wrong with how crysis 2 looks AND given the amount of money crysis 2 is bound to make Crysis 3 will have a ridiculously high budget. It's not all bad.

you are correct...but....we are not talking about a brand new IP here. We already know Crysis is good to begin with

it hasn't. Still given the premises there is no reason to assune the worst....at least not yet

The "Halo" of PCs? Crysis was never that. It was one game that wasnt even as popular as many many other titles. It wasnt anywhere NEAR being the most played FPS on PCs.

PC has plenty of exclusive games. The RTS genre is almost entirely exclusive to PC because gamepads are like a cow in a shopping cart when it comes to precision.

Halo 1 and 2 were great, Halo 3, ODST and Reach were average...I'm more excited for Crysis 2 than I have been for any game in a while especially since it's reminding me of the cool videogame style battle scenes from Battle: Los Angeles

Crysis one was our Halo.
Crysis 2 is nothing.

Crysis 1 was just one game. But it set the standard so high that no one ever saw consoles running it........Blah

While the PC version will be the best version of the game, as a PC and console player I'm just happy the see that the console players acttually get a taste of the awesomeness that is Crysis!

I would say the halo of pc's is CS, followed closely by quake. And imo, they're better then both of the console halo's...
